The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Ok I'm sure we have a high mortgage and
Yet would try hard to get this. Paid on time
I have been turned down in the past and you make it sound like it could happen I hope I will not be disappointed again.
I did not know you were going to have other companies call me. That is very annoying. I thought I was working directly with you!
Economy 2023 was a confusing year finally retired, in my apining we had the worst president he spent money like crazy he gave me the impression he didn't care for this country.
I was told I'd see offers in minutes. Then put in all my info and "Sorry, we can't show offers right now" but I'm sure to get a lot of phone calls coming my way instead. Bait and switch BS
Very simplistic with comfort in the design. For us not interested to be a media whore or even for the very simple and oozed very much convenience evening
Got a call from rocket mortgage seconds after I typed in my phone #. A tad disconcerting actually.
Still waiting for an experience from letting go that's OK
Just to sell are refinancing really want to relocate
I am with Rocket jet now and not happy with then I paid 218. A month interest and only around110? Off mortgage...
Not everyone wants to talk on the phone right away. It's very unnerving that you literally called me within seconds. You should send written offers including what payback amounts would be along with any other informantion that would be pertinent to this agreement then provide a way that you can be contacted if the lender would like to move forward. Three different companies have called me now while I was typing this. This is ridiculous and I would give you negative stars if I could.
Well, it was quick but was not able to get any results.
Appropriate questions were asked. I just wanted to see what was out there. I am 73 yrs old and will have my sons involved if I decide to do something at later date. Thank you for not being pushy.
I'm only looking for information, not a lot of phone calls
Was not made aware agent would call. Not interested. Cancel request.
I have a feeling I am not going to like experience from here on.
The questions are straightforward and that
Means the lender is not wasting my time or theirs.
Had a phone call already and haven't even looked at anything yet?
Good, I want this information but don't wAnt the phone calls.
Hoping for the best -- to pay off all my credit cards. I have switched, in lieu, to only one Debit Card for all my $$ needs. When that money runs out, my monthly income comes in every month, but BidenFlation sure isn't helping me, outpacing my fixed income from several sources.
Approximately 30K in debt while the value of my fixed income is being utterly drowned by the current inflation of EVERYTHING!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
