The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I do NOT want anyone to contact me. I was just curious.
I would rather see my results so that I can decide what I want to do.
I do not want to be contacted by; I was needing something quick to review.
Messages on your screens don't match within lines... pathetic!
I no longer want to participate please do not call or email me thanks
Easy to input information. Except when asked what I owe on my home and property, my balance is zero owed. There was no option for nothing owed
Wonderful man that I spoke with was so very helpful!

Fast and reliable. Thank you so much. God bless you.
Ease of use and great information about the new rates
This company is not fair for what they say in the videos, and I believe that they do that because they are ignorant
Says will give estimate but just sends u to page that says will call you
I could't say anything yet because i just figure out about your commercial..
Apprehensive about disclosing financials to unfamiliar companies.
I didn't want to be called by anyone, that is why I was checking on line.
It may o ly take a few minutes, but having a ton of callbacks to speak with you is not what is stated ibefore filling out the questionnaire! I would prefer to find out of if I qualify THEN, either I call to proceed or receive an email requesting a call should I wish to move forward with the said offer! Now I'm stuck with overwhelming calls and/or text messages when I only wanted to see if I qualified for a cash out!
Got nothing yet. Giving my name & address gives me nothing; I already know them! Said I would det how much it will cost me. Well?
Started app to see what it would cost & if I would be able to save money. I did not do this so I could see a who's who of lending institutions. I did this to get figures w/o having to talk to anyone and go over w/ my wife & see if it works for us. As usual it's a question of asking & getting run-around.
Quick answers given to quick questions.with a slow solution
Very easy process., and short application process.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
