The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Interesting concept with an easy navigation process.
I hope they can help me get my Interest rate down. They take more then $500.00 dollars in interest out of my monthly Mortage payment Which is more then I can put down on my principal.
Interesting. Am interested in raising cash for improving my property or car. I own my Mobile.
So far no calls when I've put my phone number in well see how long that last so far so good
I'm going through a divorce… actually looking to sell…I have talked to a realtor to get an estimate on property value….I will not sell below estimate that I have received.!
Amazing, easy,quick experience!
The feedback was like instent and my results were priceless. I'd recommend them to anyone with the professional help they offer!
Thank you...!
I haven't done anything yet, but I sure hope it's better than the previous ones I've used. I know I qualify for down payment assistance and help paying closing costs. I need my payments $600.00 and under including taxes and insurance. If not I will have to try elsewhere.
So far so good I'm just trying to see if I can get it
Hi I just got home from work and I just got home from work
Hi I just got your message I just got home
Seems quite simple, and easy to understand. But what if you owe nothing on your home? Then what?
Will you tell me if this is similar to a reverse mortgage?
You have provided no information, collected personal data while your ad was mortgage@ 5.48%
For those who want an Online experience ONLY Lendgo should disclose that someone will contact you! I did not want to speak to a representative I only wanted to know what the potential cost savings would be! Don't bait & switch!
No experience so far, just filled out some information
You wasted my time not to disclose your position as a third party/broker as opposed to a direct lender.
Don't call me, just let me know the specifics on my email
I personally thought I was going to see new rates and a new mortgage payment. But instead I was routed for Lenders to call me again! Sometimes you just want to see what's been advertised instead of tricked for more calls to come in, when you really don't have the time to discuss or review for hours and hours and hours over the phone with different lenders!
Completed the information requested. Phone rang immediately. No one there. Not only is this very annoying, but also unprofessional. If this is an example of the businesses you deal with please take my name off your list and do not bother me again. I do not deal with companies who are unprofessional.
I wanted to review rates, not sign up for harassment.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
