The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Absolutely Incredibly Awesome! Exhausting but Awesome! Thank you Guys!
Not enough about the company information. Most likely will not answer the phone later
You only gave companies who charge ridiculous rates. I am not interested
I did not anticipate having to provide personal information such as a telephone number just to be added to an agent calling list.
Shows houses in my price range and out of city limits.
Lead me to believe that I would be able to view rates, but it was really just a lead generation company selling my information.
I have filled out forms no action has been made at this time
Phishing, I hate it, show me rates to I can move on with my day.Now ill have to future block more crap emails
Very great lender I have been put in contact with almost immediately!
I was not expecting to get four texts and 7 phone calls within 5 mins. Your form BLATAJTLY does not say why you wanted my phone number and what you were going to do with it so I guess the jokes on me.
Was easy but don't know the outcome as of yet...wonder
Very nebulous
Initial contact it seems very premature to rate the situation
As like any other tool of this kind, it wants all of your personal information and gives you no actual quotes at the end. I don't know why I bother.
It's very informative & a good start to get some home upgrades done
Loan Depot is already my lender advertising advertising
Very straight forward & easy application. It took 2 minutes or less
Not given anything of use...i could've gone directly to lender sites without your silly lead generator site
Looks good will see how I can the loan in my terns
Wow someone calling before you finish the process! What service
All you did was gather info. The proof has not come to light yet
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
