The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Just got done with the questionnaire. Not sure if I will qualify for this but worth a try. I'm sick of making payments to a landlord where as I can make payments to a place I can own rather than to some landlords mortgage
Good very interested to find out if I can get a loan
Can't even finish this because my phone is blowing up. That's crazy stupid and also it said it would give me a rate and all it did was have people blow up my phone. Not good and not ok. Very false add.
I have currently mortgage 2% rate with Third Federal Bank... Can you beat that rate?
This and other ads like it claiming to give a quote or confirm qulificaton DOES NOT. AALL IT DOES IS PROVIDE MY PHONE NUMBER and other data to lenders to call constantly and try to sell me on their loan terms! I call this false aadvertising.
The only thing that has happened is giving info, how should I rate it
I found this information on Facebook we trying a long time
I have not found a lender that suits me yet.
I will keep looking for a lender that can loan me enough to improve the quality of my home.
Thank you for your service.
Sincerely,
Mr. Larry f.Jacobs.
I don't want an agent to call me, just see the information online
Prefer receiving info via email rather than phone.
She didn't explain anything on the questions or the person for them.
This web site is misleading. I never asked for anyone to contact me. I'm here for information only.
So far I'm have a very simple straight to the point
I am not happy that someone is going to contact me. I will not speak to anyone on the phone.
We'll see, until I get a positive response from someone that is a reputable person who represents a reputable company my opinion will remain undecided.
Everything seems to be going pretty well so far I'm liking what I'm liking to come out they come out
Gave my info and got some lenders to talk to, so far so good
I am getting a divorce and we will have to sell our house after divorce and split community property. We owe 270,000 and three years ago it appraised for 375,000. We go to court Nov. 21st so I am sure we will put it up for sell after that so U should have about 39,000 to put down on another home. I want a 3 bed, 2 bath, fenced in yard, one story and possibly a pool.
I was expecting a rate quote right after I entered all the data asked. But I'm only given companies who will again ask for the same information I just entered. What a waste of time. If you really want to help homeowners to see if these rates are indeed going to work for them, at least post the company's listed rates. Don't give them the run around.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
