The screening questions offer only if I own a house which in my case in a very nice mobile home. The questions have an option to choose mobile homes which I did but the land that it sits on is valued at much more almost 200k. I would prefer that to use for my loan thru you. It's a business loan to upgrade a piece of this same property. So what would have made the experience better is if before wasting everyone's time if mobile homes aren't allowed its fine. But tell me so I don't have to select it go thru it all to get to a lender and them say that mobile homes which they have never seen are out of the guidelines. Many folks have valuable land that's available and also paid off that the mobile home sits on. Add the land option on the pre-screen questions and take off mobile homes to get more people to use your service

I did not want a bunch of phone calls. I'm not able to take calls. Test message or email would be a much better option to contact me. This option should always be included in your questoneer. It is frustrating to have to silence your phone do to your current surroundings and privacy. Everyone has different situations to contend with.

So I just want to get my credit in the good or great. My house is paid for. But I'm still having problems. I've been on SSD since 2010 when I turned 50 yrs old I could get on his SS. I don't want to talk to these loan companies. They can text me but they call all of them so much that I don't answer my phone anymore. Text is best. I get too many emails it's ridiculous.

If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
