The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

After viewing an add that said kengo offers loans with interest rates as low as 5.6% I was expecting to see a list of lenders offering just that. Instead, I see that I've been hoodwinked. Touché Lendgo...touché
Easy to enter information. I hope I don't get my email or phone filled up with spam
Good, but I'm dreading what is going to happen next. This is the part I hate all the cold calls just because I wanted some info
You can't get info. With out putting in your phone number. Now the calls begin from all over the Country at all times and days for about 2-3 weeks.Just because I wanted to see what I might qualify for.I don't need to talk to anyone for that.
Pretty easy to navigate. Just wished that "Lend Go" would give me a rate to see instead of waiting on a representative to call back. Let us see the rate as promised before call.
Thanks You,
Mrs Gwenevere Folks
So far so good just waiting to hear from eight a lender
The process was easy to follow. Please advise that I was a victim of the June 2018 Experian Data Breach where my Identity was released to the world. Hackers got into my bank, USSA and left it with a negative $38,000,00. They were smart enough to see that I was banking with a local bank in Indianapolis, they electronically entered my 5th/3rd Bank and left it with a negative $3,800.00. For a total theft of a negative $41,800.00. My credit score took a deep trip South when this occurred. I am still trying to recover. This case is still an open case on the Indiana Attorney Generals desk.
John was a really good representative. He gave me some very good strong points on what I need to work on as far as my credit and that was very helpful and I appreciate. I liked that. He put my credit in his best interest.
I want to get on a section 8 or low income housing list, rental assistance programs

Would prefer to be able to get the loan options on the site! I do not want all the calls!
I was required to give my phone number out to numerous companies, thereby many calls will be made to me and that will be frustrating.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
