The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Just wanted to focus on my way to a better me. And be able to give positive vibes to those in need. Experience was an experience. The lesson I will decipher.

I am considering a 30 year mortgage. Rocket Mortgage offered 200,000 2 years ago.
Just starting but everything is looking good so far.
I don't have time to waste talking on the phone that is why I'm doing the online loan apps so i don't have to deal with people!
Everything is online then over the phone. What the hell is that shit. If most people had time to talk on the phone then we wouldn't be doing the app over the internet. Fix it to where it all is online n you guys might get more people
1) I was unable to put an accurate dollar figures for my loan balance⁉
2) your initial ad was misleading. I want to know the current value of my home (which at this moment I still don't have.)
3) although you give me at least in part your terms and conditions, and it said I could opt out that was a lie. It was snow fox stoke you know nothing to opt out with.
4) save my information secure yet you state you're going to give it to third parties, Etcetera, etc. etc.
And you have no way of knowing if the third-party owner or statement by which my information is guaranteed to be Kept Secure
A prime example would be if equinox had my information a couple years ago, which they did it would destroy my credit rating because they were hacked
Have a Blessed Day

I'm doing research myself and trying to find cash todo much needed upgrades to the house I live in. My mom and dad paid $25,000 or less. It was built right after WWII. Hoping I'd get some ideas etc.

No damn phone calls! I want a rate as you implied!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
