The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

No information that I can review, just phone calls, do no want to receive calls, only emails
6 calls in about 30 seconds and no visible rate estimates. Waste of my time.

Ok easy to navigate in most cases
Gives a briet rcplanation of some things I was not aware of
After filling out all of the information and being told 1 more step to see your rates, there is no rate information available you simply asked me to contact different lenders?
No spam? I am writing this feedback and have gotten THREE calls before I could do anything. Your e-mail suggested no spam. Why can't anyone plan or speculate on a possible action without being pounced on? Not attractive. And now I get to look forward to numerous calls from lenders that I am not ready for.
Before I could pick up a pencil, I had six calls from companies. I was not ready for it and when I said so to a call, they got their feelings hurt and hung up. Had I known that this was going to be a dogfight, I'd have never done it.
I assumed I'd get offers through the website not a bunch of calls.
Like all others you are just out to take advantage of someone down on luck. You don't really care about people. You are just interested in lining your pockets. No thanks for your help.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
