The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Not sure if I like getting a lot of calls from everyone.
Filled out forms. What kind of experience should I have expected?
My husband recently passed away and losing the 2nd income has caused a financial hardship for me. I'm wanting to sell my home which I want to down size and get my bills paid and caught up with my life, finances and back on track and live life. When my husband first passed away I looked for widow resources not knowing giving my phone number out that I would get bombarded with telemarketers texting, emails and phone calls. I went from 5–10 calls a day to literally thousands. Point being I was Leary to give my number to your company. This is why I didn't. My new cellphone # is *******655 but I still have the # I submitted on my application. Thank you for considering me.

Please email me all contacts, responses. No phone calls please
Your auto-dial process is VERY off-putting. I got a phone call the moment I entered my number to see lenders, and I'd prefer to call you when I'm ready, not just when I hit enter.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
