The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

No experience since I have not been given information yet
I simply wanted to check rates...not be bombarded by multiple lenders and way too much information
I would rather be contacted by email. I will not answer a barrage of telephone calls.
Only 2 lenders interested?
And I thought I had good Credit.
I have a fair credit score because credit card balances are high, but never missed a payment. No way to indicate that.
Unsure I have never searched to see what my equity is
Don't want credit check to be run, just asking questions
I get to keep my current interest from my mortgage.
Filling out the questions is a quick way to get started, but so far that's all I know. Ask me at the end of the experience.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
