I truly don't know I haven't really worked with this company or business before so I thought it was to get money for my home like a cash offer trying to get out of the cash offer that I got from my home didn't close out yet and I feel as soon as I was being low balled and I sure would like to have top dollar he was trying to give me $30,000 when I know I can get more
Not too bad so far haven't really had anybody contact me with any type of decent offer without having to borrow more than 60 70,000 don't want to borrow that much
