The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I didn't get any help that I was expecting! Unfortunately I can't refinance because of my low interest rate and low monthly payments and the guy told me on the phone that Refinance is my only option!
Real easy to appy for finance and it was not to hard to fill applications
It was easy to apply for a loan and it is not like other companies
Was told I'd get an amount. You just sent my info to a bunch of Spammers/lenders and did nothing since it's automated.
Tricking people to see loan options and then having a bunch of lender call me!? Bad business!
Your advertisement is very misleading! Nowhere did it say that I would be matched with lenders who will be calling me.
To much info sharing to get to a rate. Should be a place for email only I don't want 50 phone calls soliciting my business
Hoping they can offer me something well see what they can come up with
I have filled all information and the rates did not show-up as expected
You need to clarify this is going to be an onslaught of robo callers. Sheesh. Never recommend you to anyone
This is crap. Your lenders respond without really looking at my credit info provided
Just started so I can't give 5 stars. I haven't spoken to anybody as of yet.
So far okay. This isn't something that I do often, so I don't have much to compare it to.
There is no offer just a waste of time! Don't have time or want to talk to a lot of time wasters
User friendly and very simple to get started. The lender options are quite extensive.
It's fine and that comment you guys made by using my equity without increasing my payment that's what got me figure check it out see what we can do
Add says get a response results. No looks like i need to speak wait for a phone call, this is a scam
I entered my info and there are no rates what is the value here
I was told I would be given information on possible programs. All I got was a $#*!ty referral attempting to railroad me into some scheme I'm just trying to get information on. $#*!ty way to do business. If I were a lender, I would back away from all this bait and switch bull$#*! and just tell me what you got that might be of help to me.
Stupid bullshit referral bot. Blah hyyygtyuioomm is jhggghh high
I don't like phone calls. Either kindly communicate via email or text message only. Thank you.
I truly don't know I haven't really worked with this company or business before so I thought it was to get money for my home like a cash offer trying to get out of the cash offer that I got from my home didn't close out yet and I feel as soon as I was being low balled and I sure would like to have top dollar he was trying to give me $30,000 when I know I can get more
Not too bad so far haven't really had anybody contact me with any type of decent offer without having to borrow more than 60 70,000 don't want to borrow that much
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
