My rating is being kind because the only thing you did is offer two mortgages for me to call, one of which I've already tried, and was turned down.
I will be rad to try them both again. If one of them says yes, and that would be fantastic. I could've given several mortgage companies to call, but that doesn't mean that the company will follow through.
If one does, they will give you an excellent review.
At this point, like I said, it's too soon.

I like it wasn;t a long an tedious application to fill out i have many who have up to three mortgages on there homes an i have justg one mortage an its with chase I don;t;ole going more in debt an lot of my friends have lost there homes are 2 mortages an doesnt look like its help them much an i would get a 25,000 equality line of credit make a home improvement about 25.000 home inprovement an lot of potential buyers have told me my home is very valuable an i have known friend that are amish an they could improvement this home imensely, i just live here by myself an didnt do any improvements on it which i don't recomend. I get calls on it all the time. This home has many nice features an sitsback 1400 feet from the road so you don't hear traffic, just way to many to mention an it has drawn alot of attention an it can sell itself.( I think it can sell itself by putting a home made for sale sign out front, I get calls on it all time. 5 bedroom homes are very rare an valuable

I'm going to withhold my opinion for now. I've had some bad experiences with the loan holder I currently have so we'll see. I'm not gonna hold those experiences against anyone just very leery

Neutral. Haven't said anything yet just asked for info. Suspect this is nothing more than a second mortgage with a rate of 8% or more and if that is what this is don't call.
