Fair most of these lending sites.are BS. Theres at least $200k equity in my home. Everyone wants me.to refinace my.house. Im at.4.9 on my mottgage. I only need $25k to replace my roof.anf furnace. Dont.waste my time or your ok. Your looking fora big commission on a total refinance it aint.happening.I have.$2k disposable.income.aftermy bills.are paid. No late.payments since.2019. My credit.got messed upi. 2016when I was in a coma for 4 months in hospital. Dont give me no BSabout.my debt to income ration
My $2ka month is most than more make a month after my bills. Most minimum.wage people at $15 per hr dont make that. If someones.gonna call ne with.a bs story do t bother callinf. I will not be happy. My time is money$32 per hr after taxes a year.
