The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

False advertising, and use emails, stop calling me so much and send me an email.

Great application, so anyone and everyone are able to fill it out.
I have had a wonderful quick simple walk through experience so far.
Multiple times says no soliciting basically but then gives no info and I'm going to flooded with calls and emails
All you did was take my information and shuffle it off to someone else to call me instead of giving me the information like it said it was going to in the description of your website. That's deceptive advertising and I'm reporting it to bbb

Said I would see offers. Doesn't show offers at all, says someone will call. Will not be answering calls.
My property 10 unit apartment building with a 3000 ft house with a pool gazebo fish pond organic vegetable farm a great income property but it's in Costa Rica in a gated community
It was very fast and easy looking forward hearing from lenders
Not giving you my real phone number, way to early to even ask, makes me not trust you that I should just give my phone number to some random ad I'm checking out.
To intrusive, alot of information without any results. Never saw rates.
I have plenty of options will look else where!
Your ads are misleading. You ask for too much personal information before providing any information. And the information you finally provide is just a list of lenders. You provide absolutely no value.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
