I like the slight layout, it is quick and easy and does not have 50 pages of disclaimers to read etc. I wish they were all like this to see if you qualify instead of all the time spent when you only need certain criteria and follow certain protocol to have a very good idea if the company should proceed proceed. I did not click yes on a final okay to go ahead with this application because I know on the terms it says the lenders can check your credit and I redid this because at the beginning of this application it said it will not affect your credit but at the end I've seen the disclaimer again I was getting ready to erase it all again and then you went ahead and put it through. I hope I do not see this on my credit report when I look and all are in 30 days either one. That's part of my problem he did not group 10 inquiries together when I was trying to refinance and 2021 and they should have been counted as one and I have several hard inquiries I don't even know what they are. So that is hurt my credit already I don't need it anymore. I'm working with credit launch right now maybe I will check back later because there are two other people's names on my credit report and everything else, it's a mess. But there's so much equity I thought maybe 590 score might do it but I guess not.
Was surprised to get a lender because I had lost 100 points on my credit score because I tried to refinance a year ago and they all logged separately instead of being one item according to Fair credit lending act you can work with different mortgage lenders in a 45-day period and I did and they still put a bunch of hard inquiries in the credit bureaus. The ad. Suggested that I could get a loan with out banks. The first and only thing was a bank, Loan Depot. You should communicate better or take your ad offline and shut down until you quit lieing about your advertisement.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
