The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

3 stars, I need results that will help, not just steps trying to help
All we have done to this point is me giving you my valuable personal information. What needs to be rated in regards to that?
It was an easy application to fill out the questions were very simple
I thought I could get rates before i started getting calls.
Had no problem of telling them what I wanted and the amount and filled in my price range and my information and it was all done.
It was fast to get the application done, I love it. I've never done it so fast like on the application I highly recommend it to everyone if your looking for a loan to try this company thank u for processing my application fast.
I would have liked an email or for you all to show me rates after entering my information not having a lot of lenders calling
Tricked me into thinking i was going to get instant access to rates. Tones of phone calls instead do not give your phone number
This is for a business re-open and 8ve been trying for weeks to aquire. You should tell people it's for only home equity or home loans prior to them pr9ceed7ng
I was just doing a survey and all of sudden I was asked if I was going to move soon. Now here I am waiting.
Really nice I was just doing some educational digging so I'm better prepared an your bot came out to where I was at and talked me into coming in side to apply for a home loan. Lol
Calls start before even getting thru process...gimmie a break! I want see see who and rates with reviews before having to talk to them...
We were told we could refi at our current rate but instead discovered it was a second mortgage. The last thing people need is two house payments.
To much answering the same questions over and over, then have to answer more, no one has time for all that! Make it easier. And this is most likely junk
Lendgo seems to be trying very hard to help me acquire a loan.
And I can appreciate that because no one else will give me a loan with my credit score. Which may never improve much or at all, for that matter. Thanks to all the hackers and spammers. They have ruined me.
I barely put in my phone and my phone is ringing off the hook. I don't want this
I haven't had a person talk to me, but it was hard to navigate your webpage
Too Quick! I hope I don't get bombarded with calls. I would prefer email offers only.
I have no idea how to rate you. I don't know anything about any lenders
Don't have anything to say yet I use to have good credit have got screwed around so much with creditors now it's bad most from early 2000 and now more just Dr's but still shows up bad

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
