The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Quick and easy. Much better than other services that aggregate possible vendors.
I was just looking for information, not to be harassed on the phone! That's before I even finished!
I gave a one star do to Misrepresentation, of the online process, it is not true and Accurate.
Fine. Please note I have just retired but starting new business. If this is based on income, right now or going to secondary market, do not waste your time. This would be asset based lending.
Fair I have explained my situation to so many people I'm not going to get too happy until I see a closing table with signed documents and a check in my hand.
Myself to make sure that is a great place to work for best places to live right Thank you
I didn't even get the next screen loaded before my phone started blowing up. I was just curious. Didn't know I'd be atta ked within seconds.
I'm looking for rates not marketing my information to vendors.
If I get inundated with phone calls at all hours, I will not be a happy camper.
Good experience so far...but I do want to review the responses before I take (or make) any phone calls
When the scale tells me I've not gained a pound
When my glasses or phone or keys have been found,
When the cop pulls me over but spares me the ticket
When my ice cream cone drips and I get to lick it,
When I read the obituaries and don't know a soul
I need to borrow 800$ so I can pay dentist
Bill and buy groceries
Tired of filling out information only to get my information sold to others.
I hate when I start getting a bunch of calls. Why can't email be enough at this point?
Before this page was even finished I received 2 phone calls automatically. I would prefer to read about the lenders and contact them my self than my phone to be blown up. That's a bit pushy. Here's another call and I haven't even finished my review.
I don't like how You send me to a bunch of random links, without giving me a solid answer and to much click bait.
Bait and switch just to sell your info to mortgage companies. Site claims to give you figures, but clicking through and giving your info doesn't result in anything but sales leads.
Confused. I don't use credit. I own my home. Asking about my credit.
But there is no option to select for this
I don't use credit companies such as experian and the other companies.
Limited options for this
Don't want instant calls. Want to be able to reach out when convenient for me.
This is why I didn't give my real phone number. Not going to be harassed by 500 calls. VERY DISHONEST the way you do business.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
