The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Blowing up my phone seconds after an inquiry is unprofessional. Email is preferred.
I wanted info not a barrage of phone calls. Your site is misleading.
I dont want anyone to contact me. I just wanted to see what it was about.
Don't like that you don't get estimated interest rate
I don't like the fact that you needed my phone number
I am not answering that I'm good looking and the people when I talk to
They are my current mortgage company and they turned me down because of my current credit score.
Slammed by text and email within seconds. Not happy with that!
Always being sent to other websites. That's a problem
I wasn't even through entering the ingormation and my phone started ringing. I am not in to high pressure sales. They hadn't had time to look at anything and they start calling I will shut this down if that is the way you do business
I didnt expect 20 phone calls immediately. Im not at a place where I can talk.
I think they're being honest to the customers. Not like some bank they buried you more in debt.
I would rather get emails with offers instead of phone calls, as my work does not allow for personal calls
I really don't know what to rate till I talk to somebody
You sent me to loan depot
We went through them and they almost mess up are rate and wasn't going to get enough money for what we needed.
The agent was pushing for us to sign up when we said let's wait so he put paper work I anyway and we told him not to them he gets upset and tell us that we got him ion trouble.
Plus took money from us they charge us 25 plus I think 250 for paper work.
Take me off of this to loan depot no way will I deal with them
Everything mentions that the site will say what the estimated cost would be for the equity loan. At the end all it says it will have someone contact me. Lies to just get the potential customer to speak with someone. Should've followed thru. Just doesn't feel credible.
Another ad to catch legitimate needs individuals and lure them into poor options for equity loans. I have terrible credit due to medical issues yet have $250-$300K in equity on my home. I'm tired of these circle jerks!
You have no results so far…positive or negative.
I have been tossed around and around. I seriously want to improve my house. It's been appraised at 260,000. I think it would be a great loan opportunity. Just need some guidance. Sandra Carabotta
I don't want loan depot. No other choice, not interested. 1
Different than what I thought but I don't have any more information about it.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
