The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

The email ad was extremely misleading. It was just a lie. The email ad said. "Borrow Without a Bank If You Own A House. Access your home's equity and get a lump sum cash payment." What a lie. Don't do people like this.

I've never owned a home, except with my husband in Memphis, Tennessee.
It does not give you the answer to the question it advertises

Ring around the rosie, grab all my info, show me nothing and whore out my data to a bunch of salesmen. Ugh. F-off please. Just do what you said and show me the great rates.

So far, ok... But, I don't particularly want lenders calling me. I would rather call them!
Deceitful and manipulative in an effort to extract personal information without coming through on the promise that was made. No thank you.
So far it's okay.
It was the lender that showed up on the survey.
Haven't actually had an experience yet. I just put my information in how can I rate this properly?
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
