The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You say you'll provide great rates from competing lenders. I have close to $800,000 in equity. Not one offer. I want to use the equity as advertised. Unhelpful, if not deceptive.
I would expect a list of actual lenders, certainly more than two.
You have not provided enough information to rate your service yet.
Not enough information on how the program works before being connected to a loan agent.
I don't like that this site automatically has company's call you.
My experience has helped me so far and hoping everything works good
Quick, but I don't necessarily like receiving calls immediately when I barely put my information in. Do not mind the texting though.
So long as I am not hounded by solicitors I will find this very very helpful
Didn't get any results that give me a lead and now I have to get phone calls from people that are trying to talk me into getting even more in debt.
This is like my third time coming to use for help. I hate giving out my social security cuz there is so much scams going on.
Immediate calls blowing up my phone that were not related
Why did I fill out all of my information and you give me nothing but links to prodcut websites that want me to fill in he exact same info. What a waste of time for absolutely no help.
Typical, want all my info up front. I want to see interest rates.
I simply answered a few questions, I don't there should be a rating just because you answered a few questions.
So far everything is good I await the opportunity to improve my experience
It is hard to evaluate since no the website indicates there are lenders for me but then displays "Sorry, there are no lenders at this time...but a lender will contact you shortly" I have a real problem with this because I am severely hearing impaired. So one just cannot call me - email or text yes but a conversation will be very difficult for me.
Not much to say so far, I gave my info and now I wait
So far so good don't need a lot of phone calls over and over.
Come on website-wanted some simple info and will now have many unwanted phone calls
The ad stated keep your rate. Then as usual the info page sends your info out to every lender as interested in a HELOC. Which is basically a 2nd mortgage. Next you will receive phone calls forever until you block numbers. You will not keep you rate. It is just the typical info harvesting bullcrap
It was ok minus back to back phone calls right away
Lenders are available for prospective client to view!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
