The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I don't want a call I wanted to see and do my own research
That's so fast it didn't get to give me a chance to think
Fast but I do not want a lot of people calling me please
You guys always say you can't help! Stop showing so many ads
First time I found an answer for my financial problem
You guys tell us you'll give us rates, spam our phones with callers &?emails for $#*!e loan options. I'll never do this again. LIARS

Very quick and easy without too many personal questions
I expected to speak with someone now. I'm staying with family and I would love to have my own!
The site provides a false sense of hope to lenders. The site should have a list of facts or questions about the approval or denial process before the borrower waste their time completing the questionnaire.
Misleading, I thought I could at least check rates and possibilities for terms before having to speak with a bunch of sales people
I dont like the fact that lenders will call me all day long while I am at work. They can just email me the results and trust me if it is something I am interested in I will get in touch with them.
Wee I my daughter told me about this to get some help with remodeling the kitchen and bath
Great site. I wasn't sure if the question about the second mortgage ment on that property or a different property. I have 2 separate properties.
The whole fake "wait while we sort the best blah-blah-blah" thing, it's a tell. You put actual money into developing a tease that makes it look like the calculations are SO difficult it takes some behometh basement computer a minute to calculate? It's infuriating, the design that goes into making you all richer and me poorer. $#*! you and your predatory Capitalist bull$#*!.
Don't know just yet would like to do a repair and start a small business with 6 12x12 rental cabinets on my sister half we are partners in history and would like a small museum in this dead beat old town thanks for your time talk to my sister Shari
I would prefer the quotes via email; not by a phone call.
Was advertised a low rate, but don't see any rate after inputting all the info...
The add indicates I can get desired information in 2 minutes, instead I got a message that someone would blindly call me
I'm sick and tired of constantly answering the same questionnaires, over and over and still no results!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
