The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I'm not looking for ******* people to call me I would like to go straight to the point either you can help me or you can't
You lied and didn't provide the list of lenders. You are bombarding me with spam calls.
I don't see why you advertise that I can see my rates and then make sure I have to talk to a rep. Just give us the answers and let US make the calls. I do not want a thousand people calling me.
Na Na nothing further. Don't call until business hours
Don't know if it's going to work but I'ma give it a go
Why make someone pitch me on phone. Just give info
Deceptive. Potential Lenders are not immediately listed.
Didn't particularly like the last minute notice of not showing lenders.
I would like to update my house for hardwood floors all the way through. Paint the house
Entered info and right away, information was given.
Without any actual data to go by, it's been simple and easy!
I don't really think I really want to make a loan at my age now Thanks though!

I don't want anybody calling me, so I did not give you my right phone number
I would just like them information not blowing up my email and not calling me. I am just looking just curious now I will close it down and never look at this again because of the way you're doing this.
It's been pretty simple so far can't wait to see my offers
Had to provide personal info and then got no information back from entering it. You suck.
Just looking for a rate and you push me to other sites.
Seems like I'm about to start getting a bunch of phone calls
The process strings me along endlessly and never gets to the point. First it says I am matched, then says there are no matches. Seems scammy.
Thank you for the kind help you give me I appreciate it
Thanks for the times. We are going to have and God bless you in jesus name
I need to do some updates to my home and I need extra money during the holidays. Will you give me a chance; I will be bless and if you give me a chance.
Can we get the ball because I had no luck
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
