The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I looks like a scam to get personal info
Terrible service, parasitic website
Terrible. I apparently don't qualify for any offers despite having an 800 credit score
This was just click bait. Was not what I thought it was when I clicked on the link
It's misleading. It took all my personal info only to tell me that I'm not eligible
Thank you it was simple and easy. They did all the work and I get the loan.
Because it is misrepresentation this ad it says that it's going to tell me what I qualify for where it's just making leads for people to call me so this is not what it says it will do it is being deceptive
Please do not have a bunch of people call me. I just wanted to get information.
This rating is "so far". If I start getting a ton of calls related to my inquiry, that rating will drop to the floor.
You didn't tell me I would have to start answering the phone. Very annoying
Misleading add. If I wanted to talk to source, I would have already done so
Why so much message and not an answer it says in the add! Right away too many messages and calls!
You represent that you can show offers NOW. You appear to just hand my info off and your vendors call when they feel like it rather than you giving me a comparative list.
The only experience I'm having is answering questions, and still waiting on answers.
I wish I could just view, then I would choose who to call
I hate providing my phone number. The rest of the process so far is easy.
Good I see lots of people speaking good about the company and how it helped them. So I'm just trying to see if he can help me.
Everything. Was easy and quick? No problem OK Donna great job?
Your add makes it sound as though you can help anyone! Then you can't
You didn't give me any idea of what my long would be instead do you want to bombard me with phone calls instead of giving me at least an estimate of what my rate and loan would be.
I thought once I put my information in I would see some rates, but instead I have to wait on a call. That is not what I was lead to believe.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
