The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Don't know if you must have a mortgage or if I own my home do I qualify?
Info not supplied at this stage so hope it's not wasting my time?
I have only put info in so I'm not sure why you ask for a rating.
So far everything has been easy and directions are very clear.
Very effeciate in processing request, n locating lenders for my request s t at this time in my life...
I'm going to be going through a divorce soon, so my credit score will be effected I'm sure of it...
So thank you for being thorough as well
Can you please help me out can you help me to get money to pay for my reverse mortgage please
It was just a quick questionnaire to get my info to blow my phone and email up. I got no information about this program or process to even know if i even wanted to continue to pass out personally information. I probably already have spam mail from here and haven't even left the site yet
I prefer email communications during the initial phase.
You haven't done anything yet, so I cannot give you a high level
You haven't done anything yet, so I can't give you a higher rate
Video said without refinancing but first email says to refinance.
Asking me my opinion before I get any results why?
Very explanatory but also easy to understand. It seems like you have compassion and a lot of us need that right now. If I had my choice I'd be working and luckily for people like this company and just in general that help those of us that are struggling because we all do sometimes, it just gives me so much hope and inspiration and it makes me feel like there is a journey but I can already see the light at the end of the tunnel!
Straight to the point of letting me know if I qualify or not, I like that
O k but you haven't really given me any information
I'm not sure how it's going as I have had a bad experience with lenders, I go through there loan process only to be turned down
I am overwhelmed with telephone calls and would strongly prefer an initial option to get some basic info via email or text.
No chance to see what the results are before finding out if this is a legitimate lending resource first. Wouldn't think of giving anything better than 2 stars until some results appear.
My experience so far has been filling out this questionnaire. So I can safely say that my screen so far has been pretty benign. I hope to get the promised information quickly and simply. I can assure you that if I get a barrage of phone calls, text messages, emails or any other kind of high pressure sales tactics, my experience will be accurately described as ended.
I think this is a scam just to get your information or try to cuz soon as I gave it all my information after it guaranteed that this would be a for sure thing it turned around and told me they couldn't show me any lenders after they got all the information I don't trust them or it whatever the hell
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
