Very misleading. You brag that you do not email, then demand a phone number before you show lenders, Do not call me. I will not be home.

Quick and easy to this point. Long way to go though.

I don't appreciate getting several unidentified calls before I finish the process or after.
Email addresses are requested in the process, potential vendors should reach out via email or text to identify themselves and the company they represent.

I was inundated immediately with calls. It was indicated to see what I could get not bug me with calls. I should have known better.

Providing basic information online is convenient. I'm awaiting results so we will see.

Due to long term sickness, wife, we got behind in aug 2023. Managed to catch up incl. Major amount in penalties and fees. On time since. Self employed income tax and bookkeeping service. Prop taxes behind appx 1600.00 and a few thousand in hospital/doc fees, appx 4000.00. Owe sister 3400.00, business taxes 5000.00 that part may be waived. Wife is 80 percent well now and both ready to work tax season. She unable to walk for 1 1/2 years but walking now w/ poor balance improving. Neuropathy. Have a great mortgage co that's been good to us except terrible fees to catch up payments. Went thru foreclosure but paid off in time to stop sale of prop. Appraised July 255,000.00 home and prop by mort co. Mort co said home would sell for 275-300,000.00 with their appraiser o
I. E. He appraised low. Our credit score sucks due to foreclosure and past credit cards we owe. We are working on getting them settled. Some have passed the 3 year limit. 10,000. Card waived a month ago. They offered to accept 1/4 but told us they could not sue us. Made us feel terrible to even read the letter. They prayed on our conscience and it worked. We will include this debt in amount to try and settle. With all this said we are not willing to pay high fees for a small loan such as this. Do not check my credit score, making it even lower until you provide more info including fees etc. I will of course give you permission if I am happy with your info.

I seem to trust this offer, whereas I do not trust most.
