The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I was under the assumption based on the wording in the process...that I would see a list of lenders and their offers. But instead...it says that lenders will be calling me. Not what I wanted to happen.
Lending makes the early stage of the loan process easy.
Collects too much information for the quality of results
I expected a list of lenders to contact in my area, & not happy to give ANY personal info! I out dummy ph# in bc I do NOT want phone calls & besides my phone screens out numbers not in my contacts! Now you have my address, so I'll prob get a $#*!load of mail! NOT niceπ€¬π©π©π©
Please Dont Call Me Today. Contact me by email.
Thank you
You take my private phone number and give it out to potential lenders, but you can't give me rates or lenders info at this time? I hope I don't get buried in phone solicitors.
Getting information is just the beginning, now let's see what happens next.
Can I get a home equity loan if my house is in brother and my name?
Asked for to much info. Didn't request a call back.
Quick and easy but right away the phone rings.
That's what's aggravating. Let us call you
Would be easier if there wasn't so much mis information on the different types of ways to get money by using the equity in your home.
I hope it's not a scam. If it's not it was pretty easy and fast
This online questionnaire' is the same online as others that have a "Get a quote for your equity money" sceams. This is not impressive. But, I will wait the outcome here.
I don't know u or know if ur a scammer, etc. use email because phone will not ring for.#s not a contact
I keep getting the same lenders who have already refused a loan... not helping me find new ones...
It said tap equity without refinancing and i immediately started getting calls to refinance
I just wanted an idea of the amount and who might be offering. I did not want an immediate group contacting me via text and email
No comment. During COVID MY credit ruined bc my bank wouldn't help me after paying. 30,000 down to lower loan balance. All the same
I don't want to get 50 new phone calls to get the info! Send me my results and I will choose!
You advertise a price at 5.52% x my home's value. If you gave that info first rather than gather a bunch of useless info from me if I'm not interested and then you bother me for the next year even though I'm not interested depending upon the price!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real β I even withdrew a small amount at first β then one day my account was βunder reviewβ and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought Iβd ever see again. If youβve been scammed, donβt give up β there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
