The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

There was not much time to evaluate before this survey popped up, but so far, so good.
Everything went very smooth and fast. I was very pleased.
Show me my rates, not to tell me that someone will contact me
I'm going to find out if they really want to do business with guaranteed profits I'll even guarantee it by giving 50/50
So far quick and easy but cautiously wondering if this is more about insurance or advertising aspects
Haven't seen any results so far to qualify as an experience
Do to work schedules, i can not take calls as you please to, do so at your discretion. Mail me info.
Getting ready to have paid off house and property almost an acre
Still waiting for results but very pleased so far...hope this disabled veteran can get some help.
Doesn't show rates instead gives for info and has you getting many unwanted calls
At least before you blow my phone up look at what information I am sending you. Text or email me please.
Very good. Just please don't aggravate me with unending phone calls.
Ok. Nothing remarkable. Hoping to see a common sense approach without excessive fees.
Quick, but not sure I got the information I needed
Click bait…. If you say you are going to show me a list of lenders, don't bombard me with phone calls. Let me call them! Complete BS!
I like the fact that I may have an opportunity to prosper
You are selling my personal information to a bunch of outfits who pay you for leads and have no willingness or interest in making me a loan. Everybody uses similar criteria, and I have yet to find a single place that will do a HELOC with a BK less than 5-7 years ago. Send me a check for all the funds you've earned profiting off of my personal information, they don't belong to you, they're MINE. You have my contact info.
Not sure how this works but, there is a Ole saying if it's too good to be true it more then likely is
I submit you don't know what money is or where it comes from.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
