The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Easy so far but not much has been accomplished yet
This is a good program but they haven't contacted me so I can't really say.
It was easy to understand and fill in the required info.
Wants to much info before I know who I'm set up to communicate with
The add pretended to offer a loan and set me up with multiple lenders….Bull$#*! program you have!
Your add said borrow and keep current rate…that is BS! No one is offering rage I have!
I haven't had enough interaction to give a qualified response
I want to see possible loan rates before I make a call and I absolutely do not want someone to call me especially with rates over 6%. This is frustrating you can't just look at options and rates. Then apply.
The loan person does not loan small amounts of $20,000 he said to go to a local credit union
Id like to get answers without being data-mined and harassed by 5,000 phone calls
Immediately my phone started to blow up.really?!?!
I thought I would be able to select a lender before I started getting calls
How can I give you a rating when you can't do anything for me at this time.
You said I'd get a quote online, but now it's saying someone will call me. I didn't agree to that.
It was fast and easy! Just getting a positive response was good!
I don't like giving my phone number. Email is sufficient.
Survey quick and easy but i dis want to see some estimates and rates
I'm not even finished answering question and 4 phone calls came through. Seriously? Not to desperate to get business. BIG TURN OFF!
So far is worked ng but I'm not done. It's very promising.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
