The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Would like to see rates instead of waiting for a call
I should be able to get the rates without being hassled by calls.
No indication until I hit submit that you will be sending my information to a myriad of lenders... it took me months to get lenders to stop calling after a bad experience with lending tree sigh
So far has been easy I would like to see where this goes and if there is a lender out there for us
Thank you
Charles Marchese

Its sunday, i just wanted to look at the different options.
Good... just started to get information. No hurry...
I want to see the lenders. I dont want a barrage of calls. If that happens I am blocking.
Im already getting tons of phone calls. Not good. Thought this was more specific!
I do not want to talk the phone with anyone until we have some assurance this loan is possible. You should be able to look up everything and then we can talk via phones during the final process.
Why go through this just to have someone call you? Most things are done online and must people prefer not to talk to a live person.
Is annoying to receive 100 calls. Sen me the number and I can choose if I want to talk about anything.
Just want simple answers not carrot chasing for unwanted ph calls
So far so good but it should be as easy as feeding your self
Ok so far we will see if they can help me out
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
