The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It's easier than shopping and so far the experience is that good
I don't want to talk. Just send me a list of lenders with current rates.
If you are not able to provide me this remove me from you list.
I have to see the end and see the results see my savings and see how smooth and easy it is to complete the transaction and then I will give how your score if need be
Having to give my email & phone is no good. I should be able to contact the lenders if I'm interested.
I thought this was a 2 minute online evaluation, as it says in the beginning. Now I'm going to be inundated with scam calls, as well as your associates. I don't like doing business, especially confidential money issues over the phone. Your add made it seem that this was a way around doing that
I don't have an opinion because so far nothing has happened. Ask me again later.
The ad says borrow without a bank if you own a house. Then it takes me to a bank site, loan depot,
Was not told prior to entering phone that lenders would be contacting me. Do NOT want to b contacted
Fell again for your "see how much" only to end up with a slew of harassing calls. This is total BS.
I just need home equity loan quotes for $76,500 for 10 years term, 750 credit score, good equity, good income. I also want to see how much you charge per point for the loan
I don't know how I'm supposed to rate something that I've only entered information into so far it's okay.
I have a phone number at the bottom of this. I can call you if and when I want to do this.
This quiz is a great way funnel/landing page to capture information for the purpose of generating leads for which the lending companies pay you for..
Easy accessible and reliable information on the status of what I was looking for in the reason of checking status referring to my interest
I was seeking info that can be obtained from a bot, however I was interviewed and passed on to a broker unnecessarily.
You do not give the option to opt out and NOT get any calls within 5 minutes of entering my cell it wont stop ringing. This is a SCAM site to get personal detail and should not be allowed
Glad of simple but clear questions and the flow of the website.
Give some information about the loan and rates before someone starts calling!
Don't want any calls, just checking rates!

You're using the same guidelines as every other bank and don't take into consideration what has happened to the person and what they have done and what have not done.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
