The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

The problem I have with sites like this, it always says see your results now, but before you can blink the phone is ringing at 9:15 pm. Why can't we just see the results, and decide what we want to do instead of being bombarded with phone calls. One of these days I will learn.
Ok need quicker response to available lenders available to my choosing.
It said 2 min survey to see if you qualify. Now my phone is ringing off the hook. I still dont know if I qualified.
Did not tell me that I'd be receiving calls immediately until after I hit submit. Was supposed to be a 2 minute inquiry. Not being bombarded with solicitations.
To save everyone's time and annoying redundant calls, it would be nice to be transparent on the credit score needed right up front.
Tried selecting "paid" but no instructions after that
I need help fast I was hacked in our bank accounts
I just need some quick help.
I really appreciate everything
Awesome I just wish these were real I am tired of filling out forms
I need help with medical credit card debt before I retire
This site is deceiving. It does not tell you how much you would qualify for based on the information provided. It connects you to others lenders that's all.
Don't have time at don't have time at the moment but it was very quick easy not like any other ones I had to go to where they send you here send you there then they tell you they're not a lender
I really wiould appreciate an email because I am not available to speak with a lender until this evening.
Very good and very helpful information, I enjoy the experience
Just browsing, curious what I could get. Need home repairs.
I was under the impression that i would see numbers and terms of the potential contract for the cash out. Im not interested in several calls per day going forward. I provided all the requested information and i feel mislead only to become one step from a "cold call sales lead". Please don't have any lenders to call me unless they can offer me something with substantial benefits and a simplified process. I noticed that nothing was mentioned regarding an increase in the mortgage payment. Only the rate was mentioned and if it's guaranteed to remain the same, why are credit reports being pulled?
I really don't know. I got this after putting in information
I would recommend y'all to all my family and friends
Filled out the info and couldn't show me any lenders and now I'll have weeks of people wanting to call and talk for 30 minutes just to say no. Appreciate it
Everything is fine but I did not expect the sales person to call within 30 seconds. It's like blood suckers m
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
