The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Not the best. Credit score is 670. Last I know. Have debt free home. 3 cars
Very misleading you said no login I had to give you an email and a phone number and you provided no estimates very disappointed
I don't know what's going to happen if it denies me then this is just like all the rest of them a bunch of hoax crap because if it does not affect your credit if it does not go against your credit if it does not get paid back until it's sold there's no reason for credit so there's no reason to find out about credit my credit is horrible because of fraud and hacking that I encountered over the last 2 years trying to fix it sucks
Hopefully I'll find something and then I can put five stars on this thing
This company advertises it's different than Banks it doesn't look at the same things as the banks supposedly do like credit ratings things like that but it actually does it puts a lot of weight on those things like for instance my credit rating although looking at it it looks like a disaster like I don't know how to take care of myself in reality it all comes from fraud and hackers that have ripped me off over the last 3 years and I could do nothing about it because I have a fixed income the big honchos that help run this sort of thing just keep pushing the fact that it's a bad credit rating due to my doing instead it's due to fraudulent acts that have been shut in my face and left there I thought this company was more open-minded and more progressive than it shows to be I'm not impressed at all I have tons of equity in my house to even get a little bit of it is almost like a nightmare it's almost like somebody else wants to have my equity and take it away from me I'm not letting that happen but I'm still quite disappointed in how these companies like this one use the system to pretend they're the good guys they're just like the rest of them so far I'm not impressed at all and so far I'm just going to keep trying with getting things taken care of the best possible way I can under the circumstances I'm going to continue to look for the actual real life progressive type of loan company I know they're out there I just haven't found that one yet as for this company here progression goes in reverse

Did not find a lender. Why is the ad on my FB page and in email. Been bombarded with ads.
IF you actually have a lender that will work with me, you'll get a great review.
Excellent experience.Thank goodness for what you have done for me.
My home has a Full Vaulted Ceiling over the Kitchen & Living Room giving it a really Livable Feeling and it has created more positives tesponses.than before the Vaulted Ceiling
If it's as good as it sounds I'll be calling first thing in the morning.
I will Call after I have spoke to someone.
If this is not a refinance company I sure do like the quickness thanks
The second you say you're interested your phone number goes out to 100 different companies and your phone will ring off the hook for the next three weeks you if you own a business you won't have time to talk to your customers or answer the phone for your customers because your phone will be ringing off the hook with people trying to lend you money don't give them your phone phone number
So far great. Easy! But well, see if you're like typical lenders today who are only interested in numbers and credit scores.
I recently got a new phoñe number. I am unable to walk and my purse is across the room and I do not access to it. So I am not sure that I gave u the correct phone number. So if u could use my email address I am sure it is correct. Thank You, Mary Groth.
I'm a bit confused about how you pay this loan back, and the interest involved.
I just want info not 20 million phone calls trying to sell me.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
