I think it's false advertising to say that you can find out how much you are eligible for and then still have to wait to talk to someone. If one is shopping around and wants to compare rates they should not have to speak with anyone unless and until they are read to do so.

If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
