The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I was looking for a quote not bothersome phone calls
My telephone number last 4 digits are 0000 and your stupid computer says i cant have the same 4 last numbers. So i changed the last 0 to a 1 which is NOT my number
Difficulties in using the page that requires to approximate mortgage balance.
Steps, thus far, are clear. I do have a cell # 8074795244. I use both landline and cell due to "iffy" onternet and cell reception.

It was great but I was only checking to see if I would be in the running to get a loan if I decide to do some more home improvements.thank you for getting back to me do quickly.
Nobody should have their phone ring all the time just to get a quote. Texting is a thing & when ppl say " We/I will reach out if we wanna do business," that means do not blow their phone up. They will call back if interested. I don't like doing things online for this very reason. One call or email is enough.
Quick ez now I'm sure I'll have my phone ringing off hook
Would like online approval showing limits and payment amounts
Not really sure other than very quick to reply with a rocket mortgage request sent to my email. This will help me keep getting my HELOC I will be very grateful
What value did you actually provide? This is useless. Or I suspect, more than useless.
The question have been good ones and get right to the point and that is good. I like that you are showing interest at the beginning.
Not sure if this is another waste of my time and information.
I want to get blown in insulation, removed a bath room, new garage door, clear up other credit issues.

This seems like a promotion just for rocket mortgage. I thought this looked familiar. I did this a while ago in rocket mortgage called me first thing the next morning. I would love to cancel this that I don't have to go through their call again.
I do not want to be called over and over again. Your ad is misleading saying the offers were ready. Tired of false advertisers like you.
Curious to see what's available with today's market?
I don't really want a phone call just want some interest rates on a home improvement loan, my house is paid for and the taxes are paid
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
