The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Very easy pop up on Facebook so I prayed than tried
Frustrating not knowing if there is a company that will be willing to help me
I can't describe my experience so far, because I haven't seen any lenders.
I don't particularly like that someone will call before I have a chance to view the deal.
Quick, painless and not a lot of endless questions to answer.
I have no information on your loans- such as interest rates, if there is an origination fee, or other information on your loan agreements.
Bait and switch to gather lead info with no rates provided.
OK I guess. Still waiting for your phone call. I'm 100% disabled veteran
So far there is no explanation as to how this works. What is the loan structure…is this a second mortgage?
I was told I would have information in 2 minutes which was a lie and extremely misleading.
Sounds good if they can help me it would up more stars.
This process appears to be exceptionally efficient. The interface to input the data is both pleasing in terms of interactivity and simplicity. Importantly (and ultimately proven one way or another) it appears to be helpful.
Lower than that and we will have more than enough money for Terms
I do not see/ Lender names nor available $ limits, as written/stated. I do NOT wish multi phone calls I do not have time for
No answer SHOWN. I did NOT opt for multi phone calls :(
You say it's a equality calculator and all you do is send my info to 5 different mortgage companies
Thought I could see the list compiled for me, but instead I'm going to be burdened by harassing phone calls now
Seems like I'm trying this before and for some reason I did not qualify
I have not had any experience to discuss. All I did was fill out the requisite form online.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
