The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I was looking to figure out what exactly would be needed for a home I'm looking at as far as pricing or money saved for a down payment or even what kind of price I should be looking at with my credit and your page popped up on Google I filled out the question said no to wanting to be matched to a lender and the result was your site matching me to a lender. Wasting my time and whoever this lender is now
Terrible at letting one know how to get an automatic pmt going!
I significantly do not want 10-15 phone calls from finance companies. My preference are emails
Easy to use, one negative is all the calls you get prefer emails with approx rates, details side by side. Disclaimers are fine, however 10-15
Calls a are too much
Basically just started. This is way to early to do.

Within 10 seconds I had an absurd amount of spam calls. I thought it show me a list of lenders to choose from.
This advertisement is bait and switch. Just getting my information to sell to mortgage companies so they can suggest a refinance.
Everything was fine but I think you should be advised you about the calling from who knows who I'm going to work in an hour don't need my phone going crazy
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
