The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I expected to see a list of lenders and prospective rates.
I want to read the answer...I do NOT want people calling me until I've read answers.
I only wanted a dollar figure. I didn't want to talk to anyone at this time.
Phone started ringing b4 I was done
I don't like that. Email me 1st and I'll call back if I'm interested.
Ad did not do what was promised. I did not get to see 'rates'. I have to "chat" with multiple lenders. Kind of a scam.
Didn't tell me anything…. Now I'm going to be called a d emailed constantly
I just got a call from a lender that didn't work for me.
I requested a rate. Not a bunch of phone calls. If I had wanted to talk to people on the phone I would have made phone calls. I simply wanted to know the current interest rate being offered.
I was called by 3 people before I even finished the form. I just need information, not a salesperson.
I just filled out a questionnaire, I have had no experience yet!
You said you'll provide calculations but you just want to contact me!
Ad soon as I put on for info 100 of calls flood my phone. Stop this

All these do is send to applications which is misrepresented to get loan
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
