The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

So far they make it pretty easy and understandable
This site just hypes up possible resources and boom nothing. Just totaly fails to deliver! Thanks but no thanks
Just because you don't get a straight answer! You have to continue filling out the same questions on the next step, so on, and on
The offer seems good, but until something happens I can't truthfully say great!
One star, it was a waste of my time. Thanks and good day
Good as I have just started exploring some options
The first link I opened, also gathering information for spam, did not offer any products in Texas. Why would your algorithm allow that entity to be at the top of the list? You have the address, including the state. Now I will fight the spam battle and must go through each "recommend" site to determine which are even viable. What exactly is your role if I have to do all of this filtering?
I don't know any one calling me, I'd rather see a list of potential lenders, and then make a decision. Overall, website is simple, hassle free. Straight forward on your application.
We haven't done anything so far just took my information
No lender offers shown (il instead, was told lenders will call me to offer. To me this is a big red flag of scamming. I am definitely not interested in you. (And I will be not accepting any phone calls as a result).
Was quick I'm hoping good news. And also please don't call then hang up quick give yourself 2 min to answer you rang once or twice then hang up too quick
My phone number ends in 5555 and your system won't accept it?
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
