The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I thank you for streamlining the search. Made it easy to find a lender.
I would like information by email, not phone calls.
Right now I'm just looking to see what's out there.
You make your site appear to have rates that will show and can be evaluated. However all you are doing is selling my information to a group of Leanders that I have to hassle with. I have an 820+ credit score I have one house payment and one car payment. I didn't need to be hassled, I needed to see the best deals for someone in my shoes. I can barrow the money from myself but I wanted to see if there might have been a better option.
I should be able to see lender's without talking to someone. Your site is misleading. Most people like to do their own research before dealing with the pressure of a sales representative. I don't like the 20 phone calls and 100's of emails I'm now going to get because I wanted some simple information.
I was not expecting to just see a screen with more companies that will call me. I expected to see offers
I haven't even had an experience with any lenders yet
Your ad offered loan rates but then kept asking for more and more personal information until finally it says you don't get rates until all your personal information is gathered and the lenders "will contact you". Sounds like a scam…
I am still very uncertain as to what to actually do - - - - I need some sound advice
In the previous screen I was told I would get a list of lenders and how much they could lend.
There was no answer to how much I could be eligible for, in a loan. Also, the ad didn't specify how that money would be paid back or what the rate would be? How is this different from a HELOC?
What happened to all those generous and understanding companies who realize COVID 19 put a lot of previous A+ loan recipients and prospective recipients in a big, black hole because of circumstances beyond their control? In 2021 and 2022 lenders were SO willing to understand why borrowers suddenly were losing their A+ rating and worried about their borrowing power? Now it seems we had a WHOLE LOT of valid reasons for worrying!
Have not had an experience yet. Just fill the information in my phone.
Not enough details about loan amount or interest rate
I found it r difficult to navigate and then I did not receive the information I needed.
So far, so good. I haven't spoken to a leader yet.
Had any yet,you people work this fast. Let me get a quote and speak to someone.
Very fast to get back with you and gives a wide variety of mortgage companies
Very easy to use to get through to find you a lender that is right for your family and help you through it.
I do not want to receive calls I only filled this out to calculate how much I would need to make to afford a home.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
