The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Didnt like giving my cell number - too many bogus calls and will just ignore any from numbers not on my contact list
O-K. Just want to see how much I can get, not. Messing with my VA loan interest rate. Can't get any lower than what I got right now.

I was with Loan Depot and I regret leaving them. I did not want a 30 year Morgage so, I went with a company that gave me a lower interest rate for 15 years.
It's late at night. I would prefer getting calls tomorrow.
Kinda mad I have to put in my email and phone number just to look at information. I don't want people calling and emailing me. I just was looking. I can't take out a loan right now.
Very smooth, very respectfully ask questions, you guys make me feel comfortable..
I have been thinking about loans and I like what you asked and looking forward to the results you have found for me
It's Sunday please leave a number and the amount I can borrow against to combine or pay off equity loans
Multitudes of calls just generated. Bad news. Can't talk to all that assortment
Don't tell someone you will give them a quote only to just say someone will contact you. I don't want you to have my phone number or email or call me, just give a quote when you say you will.
They need some more customer service rep so it doesn't take as long to get to the lines as it does and they also need some price prices to come down on the whole thing so people can actually afford them
Make it quicker so you can get to rate.
Never got the advertised info...had to answer phone calls and emails...
So far so good. Would like to add second floor to existing 3 bedroom ranch on 1/3 acre plot of land. In A+ area
Very fast but I would like more information in print prior to three agencies calling or texting me at once
Has been a very easy simulator le process so far. Hope the rest is as simple
You were fast... But I am still in the beginning of my decision making process.
Well easy to use should advise you will not get an answer right away.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
