The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Simple general information to fill out on the form.
Most people don't prefer calls until a relationship and trust is developed. I am not sure I trust this site and probably won't answer the calls
It was easy to fill out hopefully I'll be approved soon
Just tell me rates. Don't want to receive calls. Ad was misleading.
Really don't know much about them so I can't rate them. I do have a few things to ask and tell them before we proceed any farther
Did not think my name and info was going to be submitted to multiple lending companies - which means many, many phone calls with no end in sight! When I complete an application, I expect it to go directly to the company that I should have selected. I DO NOT WANT MY CREDIT RAN BY MULTIPLE COMPANIES! I am one (1) point shy of having an excellent credit rating and that is as a result of multiple credit checks when I was buying a car last year and by others such as potential insurance companies.
These are typical lenders. Im looking for more non traditional lenders
It didn't give me the companies that I qualified with
So far so good, let's see if I get the loan I need at a reasonable rate
As soon as I give you my information, my phone is badgered with calls and text messages
You should show lenders before my phone starts ringing with one on the line. This is a browsing phase nobody wants pressure before they can look and breath.
They was real helpful. I got the loan that I looked for and if u are in a financial situation I think you should consider it
Quit making g it sound like everyone will qualify.
I already have two people that responded. I was only looking because I am thinking about a vacation next year and may need to combine some things.
It's amazing to have programs like this to help people
With my low credit score, most companies are unable to help me.
I didn't even get a chance to take a breath before my phone began blowing up with lenders! This is one reason I usually DON'T go to sites like this. Now they'll be bugging the heck out of me unless I answer & tell them to leave me alone! I would rather be able to look at the results and make my own decision which lender I want to contact.
Was immediately contacted by pushy rep from Amerisave. He was reluctant to clearly state the company he represented and wanted to immediately get more information. I said I needed to check reviews - found Amerisave is not reputable, asked that my info be deleted from his database.
I have some back taxes that I need to take care of and the bank said that they can't loan anymore money so I have been trying to help me out so I don't have my home taken away from me. It's very stressful.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
