The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Haven't really had any experiences yet. Will do a better review in future.
All I wanted to do was get an idea of how much I might get. I don't want to do anything or talk to anyone yet. I wasn't even done submitting anything and my phone started ringing and I got some text messages..
You never give the rates! Till your bums call me! As usual then I have 10 people calling me and I don't want that
Thanks
Johnyaesead
Please do not call. Text me and I will call. I'm at work and cannot answer any calls while at work
I just get tired of inputting the same information every time for this same company and others
Caught my eye by saying same interest rate. Very hesitant to give my phone #, already got a txt while txt'n this. Process easy so far.
Easy but I prefer text or email initially. Phone calls are too intense initially. I need data from a lender before I converse by phone.
That's what I want to know That's what I want to know That's what I want to know That's what I want to know That's what I want to know
Misleading advertisement for web traffic. Worst experience ever. Do not try to fool customers.
Easy to use no hassles. Got me one lender, may go forward. Doing research on said lender first.
Sure it's just a ploy to get your information to be bombarded with calls
No hassle so far, I hope it continues and there is no hidden charges or loops to jump through.
Easy first step, no pressure, short and simple application.
Haven't seen anything yet on how it works or what a payment would be.
I Don't know still checking it out. Not understanding why I have to write so much. I still don't know how I feel about it..
It was simple and easy to do and gave me what i need to see about the equity in my home

System has been fast so far and its all about my special financial circumstances that include three heart attacks, loss of employment due to my heart condition, and eventual foreclosure and bankruptcy to protect my property, and now trying to improve my financial status when I am only depending on my Social Security Income
I thought I'd get information. It just gave me leads and now I'm getting a ton of calls.
Easy to understand. Everyone has the same problem and they chose to do it with all the other people who are not there and say they are

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
