The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Dont say your going to show you rates if you still have to talk to someone else!
I received THREE back-to-back phone calls within seconds of filling this out. That's absolutely ridiculous! I'm at work! I just wanted to BEGIN the process of finding out about an equity loan. I'm not ready to pull the trigger a few seconds after filling out this form. So disappointed!
Wanted to see offer here not being swamped by phone calls
Not happy about talking with anyone right now. Only wanted to see rates and quotes as you stated
Why do you think I would trust your service when you lie right off the bat?
Where is the quote? It's wasting time not to get what is expected and promised.
When I first listened to this I was feeling like it was for just one company and not farmed out other companies. I found this to be a bit deceitful and not making me very uncomfortable
So so site, easy enough but I would rather not have calls.
I really need help saving my house. I don't want to lose it because I couldn't pay my property taxes! I just had a hard time coming up with it l at once. Than the bank said to let them buy my house for the taxes and they would help me get the money to pay them to keep it. Then when I went to them they wouldn't loan me the money. I wonder if they were in collusion with the people who paid my taxes. I need help before May 6,2024 to keep my house.
I'll wait! I'm a victim of identity theft. I'll wait!
Hope I get it I had a hard time with my phon just now when they called
It was very easy to do & when your done you can read actual results instead of waiting for phone calls.
It was easy but I expected a figure($) not a phone call
I'll be waiting on you for your feedback and I'll be here for the lender's I'm sure it will work out and discuss next move for me and my family
Not now, I don't know what I need to say. I have not talked to anyone
It's not that hard and it's not that difficult it's
All I have done to this point is answer some questions
Well, it appears the only way to find out you won't lend me money is to have 2,000 scam phone calls a day.
I didn't even hit send yet and people are blowing up my phone while I'm at work. I provided my email for a reason
Confusing and involved. Wanted sn easy application process-yes or no answer
Don't care to talk to your representatives just show me what is available
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
