It was so difficult to get an intake started. It took two attempts. On the first attempt the person taking the intake kept talking about another matter that was already being handled by an attorney. He couldn't come to understand that I wanted to start a new intake on a separate matter. After a long period of struggling he finally just started another intake on the matter that was already being worked on. On the second attempt, it was also very difficult to get the across that I wanted to start a new intake. I finally did get a new intake started, but when the attorney called he said that he couldn't make sense of the intake.
The conversation with the attorney was also difficult. It was hard to get him to talk about the same thing I was talking about.
