Like the others who left reviews, I too placed an order from this company in January and have still not received my order. Have emailed customer service 4 times and have not received an update from them.
My next course of action is to contact my credit card company to see if I can have the charges reversed and to contact the BBB!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I placed an order back in 12/30/18 and still waiting for the product to arrived. On 1/20/19 I received an email that due to the Chinese Year coming up the order was delay. On 2/13/19 I sent an email asking on the status of the order and received a reply that someone will contact me soon and if I didn't received a reply within 2 days to contact them. I sent inquiries on 2/24,2/26 and 3/2 with no reply from them. My last inquiry on 3/4 I received the below response:

Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. Support lazylullaby.com:
550:5. 1. 1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.

So, I guess they blocked me from sending them emails, but I still receive promotions from them coming from that same email.

I am tired of going back and forth with this company, Lazy Lullaby, but rest assured, I will publish my dissatisfaction every opportunity I get. Ignoring me until the time frame had lapsed, makes it easier to justify your position, but it doesn't make it right. Ripping off hard-working customers is just wrong. Now that your pockets are lined with ill-gained money, does it help you sleep better at night? I hope your company's success is based on your policies as that is exactly what you deserve. My advice to Lazy Lullaby: Save your money and order from a company that listens as this one is stone deaf. If you feel like throwing money away, throw it out your car window as you have a better chance in making a dent than dealing with this one. Lazy Lullaby needs to be in the same running as the Titantic or Hindenburg, down the tube and forever gone.

I have been back and forth with this company since December. I received tracking numbers that didn't work, and after an initial email from their customer service asking me to be patient because of the item's popularity I have received no communication at all - and I reached out many times. I have since filed a case with Pay Pal and the after appealing twice, my case has been denied because "The seller was able to provide tracking information that showed the item as Delivered." Well, that's nice and all but it certainly wasn't delivered to me. Don't order from them. I may have paid the price to the tune of $80 but I don't anyone else to get scammed the way I did. (I'm also NOT impressed with the Pay Pal appeal system, but that's something for another day).

I agree with all the reviews posted here (Feb-19). My order is still outstanding. I was provided with a tracking number that does not work. No-one responds to my emails. I'm trying to get my order cancelled. I'm trying to get my money refunded. It's a complete joke. This company should be banned from trading with UK customers.

Complete scam. Avoid. I'm in the process of seeing through a PayPal resolution centre request for a refund of $26 USD and £10.15 return shipping back to Hong Kong. Two pairs of disgusting leggings have been returned to sender, nothing like the ad on FB at all. Thank goodness PayPal are standing over it, but if you look at the FB reviews, I'm in the minority, they haven't helped everyone. Time they stopped allowing Lazy Lullaby to use their services!

I have been seeing a lot of popups from this company on Facebook and while playing a lot of different games. Normally I refrain from online ordering from companies that I have never heard of but I was very curious about one of their products and decided to place an order. MISTAKE! First of all the site that places the orders is very deceptive because it adds all kinds of different things to your order without your permission and the order is placed without you even knowing it. There was never an opportunity to see the final checkout page or what the total amount charged to me was going to be or even which items I was purchasing. Although you start out ordering from lazylullaby, you end up on shopify.com. I wish I would've noticed this because I never would have proceeded because last year I placed an order through shopify that I never received even though I was charged for it. It appears as though shopify will process orders for any scammer with a website. Lazylullaby sent me an invalid tracking number & will not respond to any of my inquiries. So now not only am I left without the items I was eagerly anticipating I am also left with the task of disputing these charges on my credit card.
