One more story, I think 1 yr ago I bought wecharge slim *******mah power bank and luckily the power button s broken, I just fix it and put a tape on it.

My ORDER # ******* is a case of a fake item, I returned last Feb. 14 thru LBC. Then after more than one week I never received any notification or notice from LAZADA about the returned item until I called them to make a follow up. I called 4 times in a month after the return and they just promised me that they are doing all the best they can to prioritize my concern (that's why it took more than a month of no progress!). Then finally after a month my case has been escalated and my returned item has been evaluated for the first time. Well after almost 6 weeks LAZADA has granted my refund, but instead of depositing my refund thru the bank I stated, they send it thru LBC money remittance than I don't have any idea at all because I was not informed at all. So now, I called again to make a follow, and I was told that I didn't gave any bank account details that's why they sent it thru LBC. What the hell, I think I called them 10 ten times to address them regarding my case and had given them all the details to resolve the problem. Today is April 12 and they said, I'll be receiving my refund within 3 to 5 days which makes is two months from the time I sent my returned item thru LBC. WOW, 2 MONTHS IS THE PROCESSING OF REFUND!

Hi, we ordered multiple Items (30 pcs). On one of the deliveries, when the delivery man arrived, pinarecieve lng at nag mamadaling umalis. When we opened the box suppose to be containing an Ipad mini 4, wla pong laman. Charger lang. How do we go about this? Naka bubble wrap yung item pero wla na syang original plastic just pag bumili ka ng ipad na brandnew sa mall.

I ordered last March 29, i did kasi as promised sa shipping would only take 3 to 5 days... i ordered two, one should be shipped April 2, and latest would be April 4! April 5 na! Wala pa... I am currently outside the country, ang problema nito ang tao sa bahay namin eh hindi makaalis, kasi baka nga ma miss out ang pagdating ng delivery, knowing ang delivery guy eh bigla bigla na lng naalis kung walang madatnan, even an effort to call the number listed sa shipping details... so i have a second shipment which i expect, na more delay on delivery... i am very disappointed as the only update i am receiving is "escalated to concern department" WTF! I planned of ordering house utensils and other appliances. But now that a simple ABSCBN Black Box and a Toy cannot be delivered on time what more kung malaking mga gamit? I will never order again in this website... to LAZADA, do not promise heaven, you only have hell guys!

I ordered a product from 18/02/2016, the estimate delivery was at 23 - 25/02/2016
It's currently 4/1/2016 and I still didn't get my order.
I've contacted support many times and they seem to reply 1 out of 5 times.
Their shipping division is really slow and do not even contact me if they pass by the house. Do they just expect me to wait outside when they deliver. Very poor quality.
What's worse is that my order is in the same country I am. I have had orders from ebay and other sites with shipping from other countries that are faster.
Very disappointing. You do not want to use this site.

I am really upset with your service like other customers here. In the return form, a replacement is chosen over refund for the item bought more than 2 weeks ago. Then all of sudden you sent me an email telling me you tried to call me to ask if I want a refund or replacement. Don't you read the return forms?
Then because you didn't reach me, you suddenly decide that you'll just give me a refund. FYI, I held my phone the whole day and never I received any call from you. Until now, no news from you. ORDER # ******* This is just my second order from Lazada Phils. And just like the first one, it's also disappointing.

This site is awful, there authorizing thieves to order with stolen credit card.
I had this problem with them, they stole me 700 euros with 5 orders. When i sent them a message, they told me "we don't cancal the order". It means that when they know that an order is made with stolen credit card numbers on their site using non secured mastercard payment, they are not helping the people but are helping thieves...

I placed my order last March 14 trough COD. They gave me invoice and stated there that the ord willl be received by March 20-22. It is March 25 already and there was no email what gappened to my order. When i checked LBC, it was stated that they already received and was on its way to the delivery address. That was Monday, March 21. Today, March 25, when i checked the LBC, the tracking number was nowhere to be found. Ni tracking number exists. I have been emailing CS about this, but they did not make a reply, even once. Poorest CS ever. I wonder if they cancelled my order cause there seems to be no communication here. At least they could have let the clients know that they don't like CODs.

However, we still have a STANDARD delivery lead time of 1-7 BUSINESS days delivery lead time for orders within Metro Manila and 5-12 BUSINESS days delivery lead time for orders outside the Metro. Except of course for the import items which has 21-25 business days (30 calendar days) and POWERBANKS or anything that has LITHIUM content which has an additional 15 calendar days ontop of the standard del. Lazada is very inconsistent with cancellation. Please fix your rules. CS is very inconsistent. Some are able to cancel it for me, while some are not.

Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: No, they don't. I have tried it once (I live in LA). Btw there's no reason to try. You can always just get the same service (only 1000 times better) with Amazon.com.
Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
