I ordered an item and recieved nothing but empty package. I called your hotline and they advised me what to do. So sinoli ko thru LBC and sinulatan ko din yung form nyo. I even ticked REPLACEMENT and noted "WITH SAME ITEM". So nakatanggap ako ng text after 48 hrs. Pino-process na daw ang pag REFUND! REPLACEMENT ANG SINABI KO! Eto pang nakakaloka. NIREFUND NYO SA HELLOPAY ACCOUNT ko? WALA AKONG HELLOPAY ACCOUNT! Nagbayad ako thru hellopay via 7-11. I can't remember na may ginawa akong hellopay account. Automatic ba kong magkakaron nun? Nagtry nko ienter ang mobile number ko at email add ko. PLEASE ENTER A VALID E-MAIL ADD. DAW! SO WALA NGA KONG HELLOPAY ACCOUNT. Malinaw din naman ang SINULAT KO! REPLACEMENT WITH SAME ITEM! NAKAKATAKOT NA UMORDER SA INYO. NAPAKA UNSATISFACTORY AT INEFFICIENT NG SERVICE. So paano na yung pera ko? Kukunin ko sa 7-11?
Hi, Joy. Please be informed po na once naka-receive po ang customer ng "Empty package" auto refund na po kasi yun as per policy. Regarding naman po sa HelloPay at 711. Ang nakakapagbayad lang po sa 711 are those na meron pong HelloPay account kasi mababasa din po ng 711 yun sa system nila. For your refund, we suggest na tumawag po kayo directly sa HelloPay Phils at 02 754 1200. Sila na po kasi ang magpa-process if you want a Cash refund. May maitutulong pa po ba kami? Let us know.
Lazada was unable to process the warranty of our product.
Their customer service instructed us clearly that in order to claim the warranty, we have to return the item with the receipt and indicate that it would be returned to claim service warranty. We did as instructed.
I always followed up the status of the product thru email but no response from Lazada. After THREE (3) WEEKS, I got a reply from lazada that I should be the one to go to the service center in order to claim the warranty.
With that, I am already disappointed since i live in Mindanao and it was their instruction to send the product back to them.
I called customer service and complained, nothing happened. And so I told lazada that they should redeliver the item since they insisted that I should be the one to go to the service center.
Now it's almost A MONTH and i didnt receive any tracking number from lazada.
How can I claim the warranty then if lazada will not redeliver our item.
IT IS OUR RIGHT TO CLAIM THE WARRANTY SINCE THE PRODUCT COMES WITH 1 YEAR WARRANTY AND IT HAS ONLY BEEN WEEKS FROM THE DAY I PURCHASED IT.
Since LAzada doesnt want us to claim the warranty, THEN RETURN OUR ITEM TO US! We paid it why is lazada holding it!

No worries Hiro, since ON 379417626 is an invalid transaction, there's no need for us to cancel the order. But to set your expectations right ahead, we'd like to let you know that the amount may remain floating usually has time frame within 5-15 banking days. However, some banks may take up to 45 days especially if card used is a debit card and/or not issued in the Philippines. This is a policy imposed by the bank and not by us or the merchant.
The deducted amount from the debit card was not collected by Lazada. It remains in authorization status that's why the amount appears to have been taken out of the card. But again, since it was rejected by CYBS, we did not collect the payment. The money will be reversed automatically when the issuing bank's authorization expires. The time frame will depends on bank's policies, not us. Customer can follow up on bank regarding that one. Should you have concerns other than this, please feel free to contact us again. Thanks!

Hi, Joel. Ahmm honestly, hindi nyo rin naman po malalaman kung maling item ang madedeliver sa inyo unless buksan nyo ang item. Most often po kasi, hindi na po iniintay ng aming rider na mabuksan nyo ang delivered order kasi po may mga ibang deliveries pa rin naman sila. But syempre po, we hope naman na tamang item ang madeliver sa inyo palagi. =D
Finally! I received my refund. Akala ko aabutin pa ng ilang linggo! Pero finally dumating na din ang pinaka iintay kong email ng voucher code ko. Overall, 1 week lang ang refund process. First 2 days ay shipping mula sa courier (LBC, palpak kasi di accurate yung tracking nila) to Lazada. Yung 3-5 days ay evaluation naman ng Lazada, and after 2 days may nareceive akong txt na approve na daw at closed na. Nung una nag alala pa ako kasi sabi nag send na daw sila e wala naman sa email ko kaya kinulit ko talaga sila from their customer care to facebook to twitter to gmail. Hahaha. So, ayun nakuha ko din. Thank you Lazada, i look forward for more transactions with you sana ngayon wala ng defect mapunta sakin kasi nakaka stress talaga mag process ng refund. Umorder ako ng mobr wrap baby carrier, mali ang color na naidelive sakin. Color light pink ang dumating hindi ko magagamit dahil boy ang baby ko. I ordered a powerbank on April 12 2016, it got delivered right after two days. I opened the package and disposed the packaging and tried the item. I noticed that the light did not turn on while i was trying to charge my phone using the item. But when pressing the On/Off button it shows the level of battery it has. I tried using it, to knoe that it is a 20,000mAh powerbank it should get my phone's battery full charged but no it didn't. I thought maybe because powerbank isn't fully charged then i plugged it and charged but the light indicator that should show that the powerbank is charging is off. That's the point where I told myself it's defective and I should give it back for replacement. Replacement is such a headache. It took them almost 5days before the update telling me that they need the original packaging for them to process the replacement and I was like, seriously? Who would have known that their product was defective and should retain the original packaging if it was defective? I have been sending emails to them asking for a replacement even without the original packaging but they would still insist for it. It took us half a month before I ask for a refund but still they would ask for the effing original package. Now, they would just return the defective product to me. Such a waste dealing with Lazada and to think this is my first time ordering. Plus I also told them to give instructions on their Lazada Plastic bags saying "DO NOT THROW THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OF YOUR ITEM FOR REPLACEMENT IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE" this may help a lot to their clients. I will never order anything from Lazada.

Please be informed that the date you saw upon check out was just an ESTIMATED time of delivery and not the STANDARD DELIVERY time frame of 1-7 BUSINESS days for orders within Metro Manila and 5-12 BUSINESS days if its orders outside the Metro. Except of course for the import items which has 21-25 business days (30 calendar days) and POWERBANKS or anything that has LITHIUM content which has an additional 15 calendar days ontop of the standard del. Time frame if within Visayas and Mindanao. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included. But its still your choice if you're going to accept the delivery or not. Please cancel my order (order *******). Lazada says that "We can no longer cancel orders that have been shipped. However, you may refuse the item upon delivery. It will then be sent back to our warehouse and the order will be automatically cancelled."

Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
