3 times I got a email saying we have refund you no reason. But if I dig deeper it's a prohibited item. 2 times a 2600 mah battery and third time capacitors. But funny enough everyone can still order those batteries and capacitors your homepage is flooded with prohibited item but shoppe.ph don't see is as prohibited item.
And everytime you click chat with our customer service you get your robot. It's useless you just think about money. If eBay get 100 out of 100 point you get minus 1000 out of 100 you play with people.
I made an order (#*******) back in December 6,2016 and I still haven't received my product. It has literally been more than a month since I've ordered. I usually order from this site using Cash on Delivery and I've had good experiences with that, but when I order a product using a credit card for the first time, the order never comes to me. Instead I get greeted with an email 28 DAYS AFTER I ORDER saying "Your order ******* has been fully delivered" even though I haven't received anything. I did not get an email, text, or call prior to this email telling me that they were even delivering my product. Now I keep getting emails asking me to review a product that I don't even have. The worst thing about this is that I wasn't even buying a product for myself, I was using my dad's credit card (with his permission of course) because we live in different countries and he wanted to get me something for Christmas. I feel like I've wasted his money because I was so trusting of this site. So if you ever order something from Lazada, make sure it's cash on delivery so the delivery service actually has some kind of motivation to deliver your product.

I ordered infrared thermometer, 32 gb usb and mirror 5 casing last december december 8,2016... the order number was *******. And then there was inadvertent cancellation daw. I was really worried. In reference to order number ******* in which I paid for Php69,995.00, Lazada sent the wrong item whose price is far less than I ordered. They sent me the AVANT Garde T9.0 worth Php41,00.00 and nobody knows who manufactured it. I complained about this matter and ask for refund of the difference of Php28,995.00 but Lazada refuse to do so. Kaya masabi ko na ang Lazada online store ay manloloko for big profits. Dapat serado itong business nila. Folks, for your own good, stay away with Lazada otherwise what you are paying for will cause you a headache. Ang lazada pa naman paghawak na nila ang pera mo, malabo na maibalik kung kailangan ang refund. Mga bu-aya ang mga yan eh! Besides from it, I cancelled my order while on process assuming that they receive the cancellation due tot the fact I received the cancellation confirmation from them, unfortunately they still delivered the item. I supposed to return it, since I am living in the U.S., therefore it is impossible for me to do so. The only thing I can tell for Lazada, they are scammers. Magaling lang magpa-asa at the end no action Hanggang mahirapan lang ang customers kasi wala namang pwesto na tindahan ang mga putang inang mga yan. Kung tatawagan mo naman hindi sasagutin ang telephone. Again, you should stay away from Lazada because they scammers or manloloko kung sa tagalog na salita.

I order a gift for my girlfriend for Christmas, they cancelled the order one week after new year. If you paid using online banking. You have say your complete bank account detail to their staff on a phone or email.

The delivery date for my item = jan 4 - jan 9 (2017) still i have no yet recieved my item already payed for it via hellopay... this item is supposed to be a birthday gift for my niece! This is the third time that Lazada has sold a counterfeit product to me. (Latest sale March 10,2020)

When I returned the first product that I ordered I was relief kase nare fund then again because I badly need a product for my sales demo in school I order again in Lazada but different product. So when I pay my product in 7 - eleven my account said that I get my product in Standard delivery time Wed 1 - 6 Mon February 2017. But right now my product is still in the processing phase and tomorrow is my demo. What to do. You just ruin everything if the product I order wont able to deliver today.

I ordered a tablet last Dec19,2016 paid thru CC order number *******. Was promised that it will be delivered dec24-28,2016. Called CSr of LAZADA was told that it was afjusted due to holiday and will be expecting my item by Jan. 03,2016. CAlled CSr again on the promised was told i should receive it within the day. But did not happen. Called CSr again the next day Jan. 4,2017 wss told that it was not dispatched yet but it was but status on their website was shipped since Dec 21,2016. Until now i still dont have my item

Pinaresend ko ung refund ko through lbc remittance dhil wla akong valid id. Nagdagdag ako ng consignee na may valid id pra xa nlng ang magclaim ng pera ko. Sabi ng lazada wait lng dw ng 3-5 business days at naprocess n dw nila ung resending ng refund ko. Umabot ng 1 week ni ha ni ho wla man lng clang update sa email ko. Nung tnungin ko cla kung bkit di pa nila pinapadla skin ung bagong reference number, ang sabi naclaim ko na raw ung pera sa lbc! Eh di wow! Hndi po birong pera yun! Ordered a drawing tablet last Dec. 13 but no shipment to date (Jan. 3,2017). It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I had 3 orders from lazada. 1st, order#******* was canceled by lazada because they cannot deliver daw. COD ung order kaya ok lng. 2nd, order #******* when I checked the status of my order, "CLOSED" ang nakalagay. Hindi ko nareceive ung item. No email was sent to me to explain what happen. Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
