I ordered a laptop from them last week. I was happy when i bought it cause it was on sale and was not that expensive. But the minute i used internet on it, it said that i need to activate wondows even though it was activated when i first used it. I tried activating it a lot of times but they failed everytime caus the windows installed my not be genuine.

The first time na umorder ako sa Lazada sobrang disappointed at nainis ako! Kumuha ako ng dalawang magkaibang item pero dhil paisa isa ang delivery ng Lazada ang tagal kong nag-aantay sa lahat ng items. Ang nakakayamot pa! Parehong item ang dineliver nila! Never kong nakuha isa kong order! Sobrang nairita na ako dahil ang gulo ng order at delivery ng LAZADA! Buti nlang nakaCOD ako kaya hndi na ako tumawag ulit pra kunin yung isa kong order! Nakailang tawag na ako kaya hndi ko na kinuha isa kong order.
Ngayon, nagtry ako ulit umorder. After a year ata! Tiningnan ko kung may pagbabago! Shocks! Pareho padin pala... I just got my order today sa dalawang courier! Yung una dala nya isa ko lang order! Yung pangalawang may bitbit ng dalawa ko pang order. Tinanong ko kung kasama na yung 3rd kong order sabi nya hndi pa! Nagalit ako dhl ang sinisingil nya sa akin is yung total amount na ng dalawang huli kong order. So naayos na... Hndi nya alam kung anong laman ng dala nya! Okay!
Pero pagkabukas ko! Yung 3rd kong order na bluetooth headset! Isa lang ang piraso! Wala syang kapartner! OMG!. Pagtawag ko ng customer service ang sabi pa sa akin. Baka daw matagalan pa yung kapalit! Are you kidding me? 4 na araw na akong naghintay! Aba! Sumigaw na ako at nagsabi na hindi ko problema yan dhil kulang kulang yung binibigay nyong item!
Kahit bigyan nila ako ng voucher! Yung inconvenience na ginagawa nila nakakairita! I AM SOOO DISSATISFIED! Let's see kung gaano katagal yung bagong kapalit at kung tama na ibibigay nila!

Happy with their services and fast delivery. I only encountered 2 problems but they have rectified straight away. I have been buying from them for almost 2 years. Unlike other online sellers, they are the best. Wish they had more product list like ebay. I like that they deliver straight to your door. Not like other online sellers, have to go to the post office...

I try to order Item for a friend in Phil. I read their FAQ and it says:

So i try to enter Billing details but it does not allow Canada, just a Phil billing address. I contact them about this and get no reply back. I've waited 2 weeks. I even had my Phil friend call them on the phone in case it was Language barrier thing -- they fail to answer and never return her call.
Unless you live in the Philippines don't bother ordering as I did manage to somehow trick their system and accept my credit card as I could see money deducted from my bank account. But after 2 days I get auto-response message from them saying order failed. But they take the money and when I check my

Don't have better business practice as this seem like a convenient option for ordering things to friends within Phil as Aliexpress and DHGATE always charge a tax & duty fee so Lazada seemed like a nice remedy to that problem, but it's no good to me neither.
Hope Lazada read these reviews and fix their business model. They offer lots of nice items. It's a shame we can't order them for our friends.

Nag order ako ng 5pcs.na VGOD noong FEB 18,2017 tru paypal at na cancel hanggang ngayon hindi ko pa nairerefund ang binayaran kung php 6475. 00. Kung talagang floating status dapat bumalik na yan sa paypal ko. Almost 3 weeks na akong naghihintay!

I am very sure I ordered Medium Sized Polo Shirt Blued but the item I received was Small Size.
Also, the second item which is dress, (with belt supposedly) doesn't have belt with it. I am sure there has to be belt together with the dress because I checked with the blued store, the belt is included with the same price.

Nag order ako sa lazada ng hokkaido slimming pills. Nag take na ako pangatlong araw ngayon from the day na dumating yung item. Pag bukas ko ng bottle nung naidelever medyo bukas yung sealed ng mismong bottle, ang kulay nun ay silver. Kagabi nag research ako about the product ang dapat palang seal nun ay yung parang malambot na karton na may sulat (hindi ko kasi alam tawag dun). Kaya nag email ako sa lazada dunsa email adress na nag coconfirm ng delivery. Ang reply hindi daw dun mag eemail walang sasagot kasi automatic reply daw ata dun. Ngayon confused ako kung fake ba o original yung binigay saakin ng lazada.

I have ordered acer then they gave me HP twice as the complaint is on going. Acer costs ******* while HP costs 14,999 only. They asked me to return the item thru lbc then i did ff up, they were claiming re broken seal! I did not even open that then the second delivery is HP again! Label is acer but what inside is an HP!. Then whenever i call their customer service, i always tell my story from the start! They are really not paying attention! You are giving me a lot of stress! Just bring my money back or give me the 8k excess of what acer cost in the credit card! Karma nlng lazada hintayin nio. Super stress nko!

Everytime I ordered something in lazada, it arrives on time. I have no problem regarding that matter. I have actually ordered several times already. And everytime it arrives, I always give tip to the delivery representative. Sometimes I would really ask for my change. But other rep would say " Wla akong sukli neto maam." So instead of asking for it, again, i'd just let him keep the change. Kanina lang dumating ang isa sa inorder ko. Hindi nman kalakihan ang halaga. Twas just 448.68. Tumawag ulit yung rep sabi hindi nya alam lugar ko at humingi ng land mark. I gave him a land mark and told him na ako nalang ang pupunta at dun kami magkita. Nung nagkita na kami, I gave him my 500 peso bill and I asked him for my change kasi wla akong pamasahe pauwi. Sakto lang ang perang dinala ko. And there again he said, "wla po akong sukli neto maam eh." So naghanap ako ng tindahan para masuklian ang 500 bill ko. Wla talaga so sinabi ko nalang na "ok lang. Sayo nang sukli ko." Tuwang tuwa pa ata sya at hiningan ako ng ballpen kasi may pipirmahan daw. WTF! Pati pa nman ballpen sa customer pa hihingin?! Wla ba kayong ballpen LAZADA? Hindi nyo sinusuplyan mga rep nyo? Sinabi pa nya ako raw kasi ang unang una na dinileveran niya ngayong araw nato. The fact na sinabi nya sakin nung tumawag sya na nasa Maguikay pa sya para sa isang delivery.! Wow nman. Ayusin nyo to lazada. E train nyo mabuti mga rep nyo..

I am currently processing my refund. I ordered the product last Jan 10,2017 but they provided me a wrong item twice! I returned it two times, so I asked for refund instead and now it is already Feb 19,2017 still my case is not settled... Very Bad Customer service. I had ordered a week ago. I've been using lbc track but someone had sent a request cancel on lbc tracking page and a next message comes in and it says that the item is ready to delivered. Please expect this to arrived within this day. Now im confused if the item will be delivered or not. I just want to cancel it is taking too long also on the lbc tracking page it is not accurate!

Nagorder ako ng monopod last Feb 9,2017. Tapos Feb 11,2017 nag email kayo na to be shipped na. Nagtry ako itrack yung order ko thru LBC. Nakalagay lang "No tracking details found" Pwede paki explain bat ganun ang nagyare. Until now hindi ko pa matrack yung order ko. Hindi consistent yung expected delivery date niyo kung ganun!

The helpdesk has asked me to call singpost who was supposed to deliver my item. Singpost says delivered and the status in lazada says delivered. I never retrieved my item.

Answer: Katherine, since you already placed your order, there's nothing you can do but wait - so don't worry! (Be happy!) When it arrives and it's not up to your expectations, then you can return it (hopefully you shouldn't have a problem with the return). So just relax!

Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
